1. Detailed information of Income Tax is available on www.incometaxindia.gov.in
2. As per Income Tax Act, Income is taxable under five heads- Salary, House Property, Business or Profession, Capital Gain and Other Sources.
3. Salaried person must obtain Form 16 from his Employer Every Year.
4. Income Tax Return should be filed by considering Form 16 and other Income.
5. Transport Allowance is exempt up to Rs.1,600 per month.
6. 30% Standard deduction is available on Income from House Property.
7. Income to be considered as deemed let out on second House property.
8. For self-occupied house property, deduction of Interest on Housing Loan is allowed up to Rs. 200,000/- and for other house property actual expenditure of Interest on Housing Loan is allowed.
9. Repayment of Principal amount of Housing Loan is deductible u/s 80C up to Rs.150,000/-.
10. Tax Audit is compulsory if sales turnover exceeds Rs.1 crore in case of business.
11. Tax Audit is compulsory if the Gross Receipts of Professionals exceeds Rs.25 lakhs.
12. If sales turnover is below Rs. 1 crore, then net profit of 8% or higher is to be taken as business income otherwise tax audit is required.

गंभीर आर्थिक संकट से जूझ रहे ग्रीस के लिए यूरोजोन
के नेता ग्रीस को तीसरा बेलआउट (राहत) पैकेज देने
को 13 जुलाई, 2015 को तैयार हो गए. यूरोजोन के
अध्यक्ष डोनाल्ड टस्क ने कहा कि बेलआउट पैकेज पर
यूरोजोन के नेता समझौते के करीब हैं. जल्दी ही इस
बारे में एलान किया जाएगा.
यूरोपियन यूनियन कमिशन हेड जेन क्लूड जंकर ने कहा
कि हम ग्रीस को यूरोजोन से बाहर नहीं जाने देंगे.
ग्रीस के प्रधानमंत्री एलेक्स सिप्रास ने भी स्पष्ट
किया कि ग्रीस को एक मुश्किल लड़ाई लडऩी है. हमें
कर्ज के लिए एक प्लान बनाना है और यूरोप की साख
को बचाना है.
राहत पैकेज से क्या होगा फायदा?
अगर ग्रीस आईएमएफ और ईसीबी की डील मंजूर करता
है तो उसे करीब 7 अरब पाउंड की मदद मिलेगी. यानी
देश और कर्ज के तले दबेगा. लेकिन ग्रीस किस तरह और
कितने वक्त में इतना कर्ज लौटाएगा, यह सवाल बना
रहेगा.
ज्ञातव्य हो कि ग्रीस की जनता ने 5 जुलाई, 2015
को जनमत संग्रह में यूरोपियन यूनियन और आईएमएफ
की कड़ी शर्तों को नकार दिया था. यूरोपियन
यूनियन और आईएमएफ ने ग्रीस से कर्ज के बदले खर्चों में
कटौती की कड़ी शर्तें रखी थीं. जनता से सरकार ने
केवल दो सवाल किए थे कि इन शर्तों को माना जाए
या नहीं. इसके लिए जनमत संग्रह कराया गया था.
इसके लिए दो ऑप्शन दिए गए थे ‘यस या ‘नो. खास
बात यह है कि बेलआउट पैकेज जनता ने नकार कर अपने
पीएम एलेक्सिस सिप्रास में भरोसा जताया.
सिप्रास ने भी जनता से नो पर ही वोट डालने की
अपील की थी. दो तिहाई वोटों की गिनती के
बाद 61 फीसदी लोगों ने ‘नो के पक्ष में वोट दिया
तो केवल 39 फीसदी लोगों ने बेलआउट पैकेज के लिए
‘यस कहा था.
ताजिकिस्तान के साथ मिलकर आतंकवाद से लडऩे
का संकल्प : मोदी
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और ताजिकिस्तान के
राष्ट्रपति इमोमाली रहमान ने दोनों देशों के रिश्ते
नए आयाम तक पहुंचाने का संकल्प लिया है। उन्होंने
आर्थिक सहयोग बढ़ाने और आतंकवाद से मुकाबले के
लिए मिलकर काम करने पर जोर दिया. दोनों नेताओं
ने 13 जुलाई, 2015 को ताजिकिस्तान की
राजधानी दुशांबे में मुलाकात की. प्रधानमंत्री
मोदी मध्य एशिया के छह देशों की आठ दिवसीय
यात्रा के अंतिम चरण में 12 जुलाई की रात यहां पहुंचे
थे. मोदी ने भी ट्वीट किया ‘इस यात्रा के जरिए मैं
भारत और ताजिकिस्तान के बीच के रिश्तों को नई
ऊंचाइयों तक ले जाना चाहता हूं. साथ ही सहयोग
का दायरा भी बढ़ाना चाहता हूं. दोनों नेताओं की
संयुक्त प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में मोदी ने कहा, ‘दोनों पक्षों ने
रिश्ते मजबूत करने का फैसला किया है.
ताजिकिस्तान अन्य मध्य एशियाई देशों की तुलना
में भारत से ज्यादा करीब है। दोनों देशों के बीच

सहारा गु्रप की यूपी के गोरखपुर में 140 एकड़ की

तिहाड़ जेल में बंद सहारा चीफ सुब्रत रॉय की
जमानत अर्जी से जुड़ी थी. बोली लगने की शुरुआत
110 करोड़ रुपए से हुई. दौड़ में दो रियल एस्टेट
कंपनियां थीं. यह सब कुछ कोर्टरूम के अंदर जज के
सामने हो रहा था. जैसे ही बोली 150 करोड़ रुपए पर
पहुंची तो जज ने दोनों कंपनियों को रोक दिया.
कहा- पहले 31 जुलाई तक 25 प्रतिशत रकम जमा
कराएं. फिर 3 अगस्त को सुप्रीम कोर्ट तय करेगा कि

एतराज जताते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी दायर कर
दी. 7 जुलाई को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गोरखपुर डेवलपर्स से
कहा था कि वह इस दौड़ में बने रहने का भरोसा
दिलाए. इस पर गोरखपुर डेवलपर्स ने 11 करोड़ रुपए
सुप्रीम कोर्ट रजिस्ट्री में जमा कराए. समृद्धि
डेवलपर्स कंपनी भी बैंकर्स की तरफ से चेक देकर यह
जता चुकी थी कि वह यह प्रॉपर्टी खरीदना चाहती
है।
प्रॉपर्टी की सेल से मिलने वाली रकम का क्या
होगा?
150 करोड़ रुपए की यह रकम सेबी-सहारा अकाउंट में
जमा होगी. सुब्रत रॉय की जमानत के लिए इसी
अकाउंट में सहारा गु्रप से पैसे जमा कराने को कहा
गया है. सुब्रत रॉय की बेल के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने
कहा है कि 5000 करोड़ रुपए कैश में जमा कराएं और
इतनी ही रकम की बैंक गारंटी दें. साथ ही 18 महीने में
36 हजार करोड़ रुपए चुकाने का इंतजाम करें। रॉय के
वकील कपिल सिब्बल ने पिछली सुनवाई में कहा था
कि दुनिया का कोई भी बिजनेस गु्रप 36 हजार
करोड़ रुपए जमानत के लिए नहीं चुका सकता. बैंक्स
का भी कहना है कि जब उन्हें पता है कि रॉय
डिफॉल्टर साबित होंगे तो वे बैंक गारंटी कैसे दे सकते
हैं?
मुलायम से विवादों के बाद चर्चा में रहे आईपीएस
अमिताभ ठाकुर
समाजवादी पार्टी के प्रमुख मुलायम पर धमकाने का
आरोप लगाने वाले आईपीएस अमिताभ ठाकुर को
यूपी सरकार ने 13 जुलाई, 20145 को सस्पेंड कर
दिया.
ठाकुर पर सर्विस कंडक्ट रुल्स तोडऩे का आरोप है।
मुलायम पर धमकी देने का आरोप लगाकर चर्चा में आए
ठाकुर बीते दिनों डीजीपी ऑफिस के बाहर धरने पर
बैठे थे. सर्विस कंडक्ट रुल्स के अनुसार इसे
अनुशासनहीनता बताकर उनके ऊपर यह कार्रवाई की
गई है
क्या है मामला
अमिताभ ठाकुर की पत्नी और आरटीआई एक्टिविस्ट
नूतन ठाकुर ने 11 जुलाई को एक आडियों यो जारी
करते हुए मुलायम सिंह पर अपने पति को धमकाने का
आरोप लगाया. यह कथित तौर पर आईजी और मुलायम
के बीच हुई बातचीत की रिकॉर्डिंग थी. अमिताभ ने
अगले दिन राजधानी के हजरतगंज थाने में मुलायम के
खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज करवाई. इससे बाद उनके ऊपर
रेप का मुकदमा भी दर्ज हुआ था. हालांकि, मेडिकल
रिपोर्ट में रेप की पुष्टि नहीं हुई है.
वहीं, अमिताभ ठाकुर इसी मामले में अपनी पत्नी के
साथ दिल्ली गए और उन्होंने केन्द्रीय गृहसचिव अनन्त
कुमार सिंह से मुलाकात कर पूरे प्रकरण की जानकारी
दी. उन्होंने मामले की सीबीआई जांच की मांग के
साथ ही अपने और परिवार की सुरक्षा के लिए
केन्द्रीय सुरक्षा बल की मांग भी की. उन्होंने कहा
कि अगर केद्र ने इससे बचने कि कोशिश की तो उसके
खिलाफ भी कोर्ट जाएंगे.
आर्थिक
भारत में आर्थिक वृद्धि की गति स्थिर रहने का
अनुमान : ओईसीडी
पेरिस स्थित आर्थिक सहयोग एवं विकास संगठन
(ओईसीडी) ने जुलाई 2015 के दूसरे सप्ताह में जारी
अपनी रिपोर्ट में भारत में आर्थिक वृद्धि की रफ्तार
स्थिर रहने का अनुमान लगाया है. इसके साथ ही
ओईसीडी ने चीन, अमरीका व कई अन्य प्रमुख
अर्थव्यवस्थाओं की आर्थिक गतिविधियों में सुस्ती
आने की संभावना जताई.
ओईसीडी का यह निष्कर्ष ‘कम्पोजिट लीडिंग
इंडिकेटर्स (सीएलआई) के आधार पर निकाला गया.
सीएलआई आर्थिक गतिविधियों में बदलाव के बिंदुओं
के बारे में अनुमान लगाता है. मई 2015 में भारत का
सीएलआई इंडेक्स 99.5 रहा.
विदित हो कि 34 देशों के समूह के बीच कार्यरत
‘ओईसीडीÓ ने वर्ष 2016 में 7.4 प्रतिशत वैश्विक
वृद्धि का अनुमान लगाते हुए कहा है कि तेल कीमतों
में नरमी से चालू खाते के घाटे, मुद्रास्फीति व
सब्सिडी पर दबाव कम होगा.

मुंबई के क्रिकेटर हिकेन शाह सस्पेंड, स्पॉट फिक्सिंग
के लिए ऑफर का आरोप
भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (बीसीसीआई) ने
स्पॉट फिक्सिंग मामले में मुंबई के क्रिकेटर हिकेन शाह
को 13 जुलाई, 2015 को सस्पेंड कर दिया है. हिकेन
पर राजस्थान रॉयल्स के प्लेयर प्रवीण तांबे को
आईपीएल 2015 में स्पॉट फिक्सिंग के लिए ऑफर देने
का आरोप है. तांबे ने बीसीसीआई को इस मामले में
लेटर लिखकर शिकायत की थी. इसके बाद
बीसीसीआई और आईसीसी की एंटी करप्शन यूनिट ने
मामले की जांच की थी. शुरुआती जांच में हिकेन शाह
को दोषी पाया गया है
ज्ञातव्य हो कि 30 साल के हिकेन शाह को 2007 में
मुंबई की रणजी टीम में उस वक्त शामिल किया गया
था जब मुंबई की टीम अच्छा परफॉर्म नहीं कर रही
थी. हिकेन ने यूनिवर्सिटी लेवल के टूर्नामेंट में अपने
दूसरे ही मैच में महाराष्ट्र के खिलाफ 170 रन की
शानदार इनिंग खेली थी. हिकेन लेफ्ट हैंड बैट्समेन और
लेग ब्रेक बॉलर हैं. तांबे और हिकेन को अच्छा दोस्त
भी माना जाता है. दोनों ही मुंबई के रहने वाले हैं.
हिकेन ने 37 फस्र्ट क्लास मैचों में 42.35 की एवरेज से
2160 रन बनाए हैं. इनमें 6 सेन्चुरी और 8 हाफ सेन्चुरी

टैंक भेदी मिसाइल नाग का हेलीकॉप्टर प्लैटफॉर्म से
प्रायोगिक परीक्षण किया
भारत के रक्षा अनुसंधान विकास संगठन (डीआरडीओ)
की टैंक भेदी मिसाइल नाग का 13 जुलाई, 2015 को
हेलीकॉप्टर प्लैटफॉर्म से प्रायोगिक परीक्षण किया
गया.
देश में निर्मित टैंक भेदी गाइडेड मिसाइल ‘नागÓ का
राजस्थान के जैसलमेर स्थित एक फायरिंग रेंज में
परीक्षण किया, जो हेलीकॉप्टर प्लैटफॉर्म से सात
किलोमीटर की दूरी तक मार कर सकती है.
हेलीकॉप्टर-प्रक्षेपित नाग (हेलिना) मिसाइल का
चंधान फायरिंग रेंज में त्रिस्तरीय परीक्षण किया
गया.
हेलिना ‘नागÓ का हेलीकॉप्टर से दागा जा सकने
वाला संस्करण है और इसे रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास
संगठन (डीआरडीओ) ने इंटीग्रेटेड गाइडेड मिसाइल
डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम (आईजीएमडीपी) के तहत विकसित
किया. तीसरी पीढ़ी की नाग मिसाइल के इससे
पहले पोखरण फायरिंग रेंज और चांदीपुर स्थित
एकीकृत परीक्षण केंद्र से मूल्यांकन परीक्षण किए गए
थे जिन्हें सफल करार दिया गया. 8 जुलाई 2013 को
पोखरण में गर्म रेगिस्तान स्थितियों में टैंक भेदी
मिसाइल के परीक्षण किए गए. परीक्षणों में इमेजिंग
इन्फ्रारेड के उन्नत संस्करण के प्रदर्शन के मूल्यांकन के
लिए 2.8 किलोमीटर और 3.2 किलोमीटर की
विभिन्न दूरियों पर चल और अचल दोनों तरह के
लक्ष्यों पर निशाना साधा गया. नाग के एक बार
सशस्त्र बलों में शामिल हो जाने पर हेलिना मिसाइल
को अत्याधुनिक हल्के हेलीकॉप्टर ध्रुव से जोड़ा
जाएगा.
ज्ञातव्य हो कि नाग मिसाइल भारत द्वारा
स्वदेशीय निर्मित एक तीसरी पीढ़ी की टैंक भेदी
मिसाइल है. मिसाइल के विकास की लागत लगभत
300 करोड़ रुपए है. यह परियोजना वर्ष 1980 में आरंभ
की गई.

नाइजीरिया में आतंकियों से निपटने में नाकाम
तीनों सेना अध्यक्ष बर्खास्त
नाइजीरिया के राष्ट्रपति मुहम्मदु बुहारी ने
आतंकियों से निपटने में नाकाम रहने वाले तीनों
सेनाओं के अध्यक्षों को 14 जुलाई, 2015 को
बर्खास्त कर दिया है. आतंकी संगठन बोको हराम को
न कुचल पाने के लिए सेनाओं की कुछ समय से खुली
आलोचना हो रही थी. इसलिए सेना अध्यक्षों की
बर्खास्तगी की संभावना जताई जा रही थी.
